The 2006 International Conference on Water Jetting is being held in Gdansk, Poland, from 13th to 15th September 2006. This 18th international conference will look at the latest developments and applications of water jetting in sectors as diverse as the military, oil and gas sectors, civil engineering, transportation, traditional manufacturing and environmental work including decommissioning for the nuclear industry, cleaning and surface preparation. The conference organiser is the BHR Group, and the Chairman of the Technical Advisory Committee for the Conference is Peter Longman of KMT Waterjet Systems.

Delegates will be able to listen to presentations of more than 40 papers with authors from 15 different countries.

They will cover waterjet research, cutting applications, environmental work as well as health/safety and other related topics.

These papers will both explain new waterjet technology and also help to provide a better understanding of current developments.

Presentations will be given in English, and alongside the conference there will be an exhibition and demonstrations.

Technical visits are also planned for delegates.
